Teacher Education Programs Approved [PDF] SACRAMENTO-- At their August 2010 meeting, the Committee on Accreditation (COA) reviewed the proposals of four Beginning Teacher Support and Assessment (BTSA) Induction programs planning to provide services to teacher candidates seeking to complete an Education Specialist credential.
